Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All items are usually shipped within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Delivery will always depend on carriers scheduling and circumstances. For updates on the delivery, please contact your designated carrier or Infotech Squared. Occasionally, an item goes out of stock sooner than we anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship the available items in your order immediately. Once your backordered item(s) is available, we will ship it to you immediately without any extra cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can return a defective product within 30 days of the purchase date. Most defects will be apparent upon initial inspection of the item; sometimes the defects will not be obvious until the product is used. If you feel that a product received is defective, please email support@infotechsquared.comto resolve the issue. Any defective items are subject to our warranty inspection and review. If the item on your invoice does not match the item you received, please email support@infotechsquared.comand we will do our best to remedy the issue in a timely matter. No returns after 30 days. These products must be returned in their original unopened packaging. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to items returned that were ordered incorrectly. Return shipping and associated cost is the responsibility of the customer.
